David Worth, Ph.D.
Director of Forensics
Dr. Worth is the Director of the George R. Brown Forensics Society and Lecturer in the School of Humanities. He has been at Rice since 2002. He has been coaching intercollegiate speech and debate since 1993. He has taught a wide variety of students, from high school to traditional and "nontraditional" community college and university students, to military personnel both at home and abroad. His research interests are inthe pedagogy of forensics, critical-cultural studies of communicaiton, communication and space, philosophy of communication, and rhetorial theory.
