Karla Sussman--"Sweet and sour" raspberry tart. Simple pastry crust (flour, egg, powdered sugar, butter), fresh raspberries, 2 kinds of glaze. (Sweet glaze: raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon, nutmeg. Tart glaze: raspberries, water, cornstarch)

Ben Levin and Kelli DesRochers--Peach Noodle Kugel. Manischevitz "no yolk" noodles, peaches, mixed with Farmer's cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt.

Tod Modisette--Dirty Rice. Rice cooked with ground beef, sausage, peppers, onions, celery, and garlic seasoning. Father's side - East Texan.

Sanjeet Patel and Louis Durbin--Tandoori Chicken w/Naan + Habaneros. Chicken marinated in Tandoori spices + plain yogurt with buttered bread and lemon butter / wedges. Mother's side. Indian

Carla Martinez-Brito--Corn Tortillas: corn mix and water. Avocado and Salt to accompany them--staple food from Mexico, for every meal.
