President Malcolm Gillis called the meeting to order at 10:05 am. Alan Chapman served as Parliamentarian. No guests were acknowledged.

A total of 720 Bachelor Degrees were approved. Without exception, all met the rigorous Rice requirements.

9. Announcements - Robert Patten, Chief Marshall, predicted no rain at Commencement. Gillis wished Provost Auston well, recognized Interim Provost David Minter, and adjourned the meeting at 11:06 am.
