He has published articles in Studies in Romanticism (2002 and forthcoming), Modern Language Notes (2004), The Wordsworth Circle (forthcoming), and Romanticism on the Net: An International Refereed Electronic Journal Devoted to Romantic Studies (forthcoming). He has completed a manuscript titled Keats Goes Global: Close Reading and the Geopolitics of Poetic Production and is presently working on Screening War: The Construction of “Geopolitics” in Pre-Cinematic Mass Culture: 1789–1900, a genealogy of the cinema that engages and extends his teaching and research interests in psychoanalysis; geopolitics; the history/theory of war; (pre) cinema studies; and Continental philosophy, literary theory, and criticism. |
