| Admission Policy |
Students are accepted and courses are assigned in the order in which applications are received for all programs. Enrichment applications will be accepted by MAIL ONLY through April 28 then by mail or in person beginning April 29 at the Summer School Office, Herman Brown 28. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. during registration. The deadline for submitting applications without a late fee is May 22. Applications may be accepted with a late fee of $50 through June 5. Notification of acceptance will be by mail for all registrations by mail. |
| Cancellation of Courses |
| All courses are subject to cancellation for insufficient enrollment. If this occurs, we will contact you by phone as soon as we can following our cancellation decision so you can enroll in another course that is available. |
| Enrichment & Skills Programs |
The total for three enrichment courses and an optional skills class is $760, which includes materials fees. Submit your application with a deposit of $200. A refund of $165 is available before May 22; a $100 refund is possible between May 23 and June 5. No refunds are given after June 5. When you receive notification of acceptance, the courses assigned will be listed and the balance of $560 will be shown. Submit this balance by May 22. If the application is withdrawn after payment of the balance and before June 5, we will refund this balance. |
| Credit Program |
Credit students must preregister online for credit courses only. Preregistration begins Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. at Courses Offered-Credit Courses. Students will then have ten (10) days from the date of preregistration to send their completed applications, including signatures from the current teacher for the subject area requested, high school academic counselor and high school principal, as well as the $825 tuition fee if payment was not made at time of online preregistration. A refund of $725 is available until May 22 and a $650 refund is possible between May 22 and June 5. No refunds are given after June 5. |

We make every effort to provide reasonable disability accommodations to our participants. If you require any disability accommodations, please notify us in writing at the time of registration. Some older buildings are not fully wheelchair accessible. Disability documentation may be required. |
