To get to the Rice campus, take highway 59 to the Shepherd/Greenbriar exit. From the Shepherd/Greenbriar exit take Greenbriar, which is one way heading south. After the third light, between Rice Blvd. and University Blvd., turn left into entrance 13. Free parking is available in this lot. Shuttle busses run every 10 to 15 minutes. You may ask the driver for directions to Herman Brown. A closer, paid parking lot is located in the North Lot, entrance 20 on Rice Blvd. for $1.00 per 20 minutes with a $9 maximum. It must be paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). At the far end of the parking lot, cross the road heading south, towards the campus buildings, and locate Hamman Hall, the building with the blue pillars. The Mudd Computer Center will be to your left and Herman Brown Hall is directly in front of Mudd. The Summer School office is located in Herman Brown Hall, Lower level, Room 28.
