Monday, September 13th we will be at the Cohen House, Faculty Club
Parking:  Free parking will be in the lot right of the building.  You will see this in pink with an L on it on
 the map.  This is normally a reserved lot with card access only for staff and faculty. Our attendant will
be on duty to provide our guests access.

Tuesday, September 14th we will be at Duncan Hall, McMurtry Auditorium, 1st floor
Parking:  Central Campus underground parking garage below McNair Hall.  At check-in ask for a parking
voucher to cover the cost of parking.  Allow 15 minutes for a brisk walk across the campus from the
parking garage to Duncan Hall.

The registration fee to attend XIII Annual Forum is $600.00, which includes dinner and the all day Forum.
Full refunds will be available minus $50 administrative fee till September 1st.
No refunds will be permitted after September 1st.
Early Bird Registration of $500 available June 1st through July 4th.
$675 late registration starting September 1st.
