Tom Phalen is Vice President, Project Director for Fluor. Mr. Phalen has over 27 years experience in the engineering and construction industry. His career with Fluor has included assignments in process engineering, pipeline engineering, engineering management, project management and as General Manager of the Houston office. He has worked in the refining, gas processing, chemical, offshore and onshore production and pipeline industries.

He is currently responsible for directing large upstream projects for Fluor's Upstream Business Line. Mr. Phalen earned a B.S. and a Master of Chemical Engineering degree from Rice University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
