How to Ride:
  

1. Go to a bustop with the number of the bus you want.
  

2. Wait for the bus of with that number on it. For example "82 Westheimer."
  

3. Pay the 1$ fare. It is easier to do this with coins. Or present your Bus pass.
  

4. Sit down and wait for your stop. The Bus is safe and fast.
  

5. About a block before your stop, pull the cord running above the windows.
  

Day passes are 2$. Other weekly and yearly cards can be purchased at reduced rates.
  

Bus Routes are somewhat complicated, but you can call METROLine at 713-635-4000 for information on routes and schedules and all METRO services. They can plan out a route for you if you tell them the start and end points of your journey.
