National Council for Science and the Environment
The National Council for Science and the Environment (NCSE) has been working since 1990 to improve the scientific basis for environmental decision-making. Rice is one of nearly 500 academic, scientific, environmental, and business organizations that support the NCSE. Rice's University Contact for NCSE is Paul Harcombe. Rice faculty, staff, and students may access NCSE University Affiliates resources (Rice only). |
