Don't have the space or free hands to carry one around? We carry extra ceramic cups at the Coffeehouse. We care about the environment, and you're more than welcome to borrow one of our cups. And yes, of course you still get the discount!

Invoice Information

Please fill in the following so we can invoice you as quickly as possible. Invoices should process within 10 business days of completion of catering order.

Please note:

  • Contact coffee [at] rice.edu for more information and questions.
  • All catering orders are subject to a 15% service fee.
  • All orders made on the Web site will be paid for via invoice.
  • All orders made on the Web site must have at least 24 hours notice.
  • If order is for less than 24 hours notice, order must be
    1. Less than $15 total
    2. Made at Coffeehouse at time needed, and/or ordered with a 20 minute lead time given for preparation
    3. Paid for up front
  • For all non-invoiced orders (orders that are made with less than 24 hours notice, are less than $15 and/or made at coffeehouse) must leave either
    1. a $20 deposit, per carafe, to be refunded upon return of materials
    2. a Driver's license or photo ID
    3. Rice ID
  • Delivery is only available for orders made over the Web site.
  • Please return supplies immediately.
