**OCTOBER 28 : FRENCH GOUTER
We are glad to invite all the members of the Club Chouette to the first meeting of the year. The "gouter francais" will be held on October 28th  from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at Lovett House. Come and enjoy some good French food and music!

**NOVEMBER: STAGE READING of two scénettes (Le Maître by Eugène Ionesco and Pique-Nique en Campagne by Fernando Arrabal)

We are currently looking for actors, extras and stage assistants. We welcome actors with all levels of French! Please contact us or speak to your French instructor or one of our officers, if you wish to participate!

 

Weekly activities

Tuesdays, 5:30 pm Les Chouettes qui marchent Meet: Rice loop Entrance @ Cross streets Main and Sunset by the main gates (weather permitting) Walk the loop while carrying out a conversation in French!
Wednesdays, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm La Table Française Lovett College (look out for the French flag) Join us at the French table! (Bring your own lunch if you are not eating at the cafeteria)

 

         *** Reporters Needed! ***

We are looking for journalists who would be interested in gathering info about French-related activities on campus and in Houston, writing articles about our activities, French culture, etc. The articles will be posted on our website, "Club Chouette Gazette".
