March 2005: Mark Pond was chosen to be one of two Arnold and Mabel Beckman Scholars this year. Supported by this undergraduate fellowship program, he will carry out research in the Catalysis and Nanomaterials Laboratory and represent Rice University at the annual Beckman Scholars Program meeting.
