2005-2006 Kobayashi Fellowship Recipient:
Gaurav Bhatnagar
Ralph Budd Award for the Most Outstanding Ph.D. Thesis in Engineering
Sandeep Tripathi received the 2005 Ralph Budd Award that recognizes the best Doctoral Thesis in Engineering. His thesis entitled "Microstructure and phase behavior of inhomogeneous complex fluids" was completed under the direction of Prof. Walter Chapman.
Michael Nutt was recognized for his award-winning poster presentation at the 2005 Spring Symposium of the Southwest Catalysis Society. He was one of four winners, chosen out of 20 posters in the competition. The title of his poster was "Designing Pd-on-Au Nanoparticle Catalysts for Aqueous-phase Trichloroethylene Hydrodechlorination."

SWCS Award-Winning Poster
