We are interested in understanding micro– and nanoscale transport, interfacial phenomena, and self assembly in colloidal, polymer, and biological systems. We study complex fluids (multicomponent systems) by engineering microfluidic systems. Microfluidics provides unique opportunities to understand and analyze fluids using confined geometries and small scale physics. Additionally, we utilize novel surface engineering and high-throughput techniques to address problems where conventional techniques are lacking. |
