Consortium of Campus Pub Operators (The Pub Club)
This website is the second step in providing resources for the students and staff that operate and program for campus pubs. The first was the establishment of the campuspubs-l listserv. If you would like to be added to the listserv, contact Boyd Beckwith.

In 2005 I began updating a listing of student unions with pubs that was created by Marc Kennedy at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. While many campus pubs have ceased operations when the legal drinking age moved to 21, there have been a number of campuses that have opened pubs in recent years (and several are in the works).

While it doesn't offer the photos of the hard copy version, ACUI's March 2007 Bulletin includes an article titled College Union Pubs: Community on tap. Whether you agree with the proposal or not, an excellent discussion has begun regarding underage drinking at Choose Responsibility.

The diversity of campus pubs is demonstrated below with examples from large public to small private institutions. Some are run by students, some by dining services or independent contractors, and some with a mix.
