About me:
I am a vice president in the finance, accounting and valuation group at Charles River Associates (CRA), a litigation and business consulting firm headquartered in Boston. My CRA web profile is here. At CRA, I am fortunate to be currently working on some leading-edge litigation consulting and valuation projects related to complex transaction analysis, fair value and derivatives accounting, bankruptcy issues, and solvency analysis.

In addition, starting 2008-09 and continuing in 2009-10, I am a visiting professor of accounting at the Harvard Law School, teaching introductory accounting in the fall and financial statement analysis in the spring. Also, for the year 2009-10, I am a visiting professor of accounting at MIT's Sloan School of Management, teaching financial statement analysis in the fall. I also continue to teach occasional executive programs at Rice Exec Ed and at Wharton Exec Ed.
