About me:
I am a vice president at CRA Charles River Associates, a litigation and business consulting firm, where I am currently managing leading-edge litigation consulting and valuation projects related to complex accounting and transaction analysis, fair value and derivatives accounting, bankruptcy issues, and solvency analysis.

I am also J. Howard Creekmore Professor of Accounting Emeritus at Rice.  In addition, I am a visiting professor of accounting at Harvard Law School, and also visiting professor of accounting at MIT Sloan School of Management. I also do occasional talks and seminars, including at Wharton Exec Ed and Rice Exec Ed.
