Thirty rooms have been reserved at a true government rate at the Best Western in the Med Center. It's within "easy walking distance" of McMurty Hall. Buses will provide early morning travel from the Med Center to the workshop site. Starting within fifteen minutes of the close of the day's sessions, buses will return our visitors to the Med Center. Thus, you won't need to find a parking place on campus or the money to pay for campus parking. The decision about having a car in the first place depends on what you plan to do while in town.
To book one of the rooms reserved for this conference at a discount rate, call the number below and mention that you will be booking under the group code "Arc Jet."

The Workshop is ITAR: open only to U. S. citizens and green card holders. A tour of the Space Center on Thursday afternoon for those of you leaving on Friday is possible.
