A map of the Rice campus that can be used to locate Rayzor Hall is here: www.rice.edu/maps/buildings.html. Rayzor Hall is number 5 - you can highlight it by holding your mouse over "Rayzor Hall" in the Building Key. Once you arrive at Rayzor Hall, room 123 is on the first floor at the opposite end of the building from the big staircase.
If you need to park in visitor parking, there are both paid lots close and moderately close to Rayzor Hall, as well as a free parking lot on the other side of the stadium (although there is a free shuttle that can take you from the free lot around the campus - and you can ask for a stop at Rayzor Hall).
