Members of ADVANCE can choose to be a member of one of two committees or serve on the two person Publicity Crew. Each committee has its own responsiblities and duties which contribute to realizing projects and goals created during our weekly meetings. The committeea are:
  • Training and Development (T&D)
  • Exploration and Exchange (E&E)
Traing and Development (T&D)

T&D's primary responsiblities include planning both the fall and spring retreats, and planning each Friday meeting.

Exploration and Exchange (E&E)

E&E is responsible for ADVANCE's two largest and most popular annual events: Culture Quest (annual city-wide scavenger hunt) and Culture Fair. Additionally, E&E coordinates the annual year end banquet.
