Interested in managing your weight while at Rice? Need to complete your LPAP credits?
Are you looking to lose 20 lbs. or more? Are you interested in the benefits of maintaining a healthy weight?
Check out the 'Owl Weigh' Weight Management LPAP class entitled "Exercise and Weight Management" run by the Wellness Center. The course combines nutrition education in a group setting with peer support, structured exercise sessions and weekly food journaling. Participants will gain skills, resources and motivation to make healthy behavior changes. You will feel great and look great too!
The Owl Weigh is open to those students who are looking to loose 20 lbs. or more and enrolled students must meet with the Wellness Center dietitian.
