A book has been written by current Rice Seniors who will be going to medical
school next year. The book is over 75 pages long and includes sections
written for Rice premeds on how to get into medical school. It will be
available through Rice Academic Advising and is NOT being sold for profit.
It covers: becoming the best applicant, detailed timeline, the MCAT, sample
personal statements, MD/PhD, interviewing and much more! Email Brian
Schwab for more info.
How do I get a copy of this book?
RPMS will try and publish copies of the book at the beginning of the school
year. Check back soon for updates!
(Please go see Dr McDowelle in Rice Academic Advising for immediate
