Hello! I am in my 3rd year at Rice University, although I am in my 2nd year in the Human Factors / Human Computer Interaction program. My advisor is Dr. Phil Kortum and my current line of research involves interactive voice response systems (IVRs) and the effect changing the system voice has on user response. I hope to acquire my Ph.D. in 2010, and until then, I am enjoying Houston, the university, and my research.
