Hi, there,

We need your help at this Saturday's football game between Rice and
Navy.

Thank for those who already volunteered for doing the job. However, we
are still in need of volunteers. I just went to the Athletics 
department this afternoon. They increased the payment to $400.
But we have to provide 18 people. I don't think that is a problem
for our club that has more than 100 members. It is a great opportunity.
With more money, we will be able to organize more activities. The following
is detailed information about what we need to do at the game.

 A   1	5:30-8:30	Block the entrance to the Owl Club Room.
 B   1	5:30-8:30	Check for Club membership and "R" Association
 C   1	5:30-8:30	membership. Show the way to the elevator.

 D   1  5:30-8:30	Information Desk.

 E   12 6:00-7:15	Handing out Randall's card, Brochures.

 F   1  4:45-6:45	Work at the Barbecue Tent. Sell meal tickets.
 G   1  4:45-6:45	Verify age for beer.


Basically, most volunteers will only have to work from 6:00pm to 7:15pm.
If you can donate a couple of hours on Saturday and help us, please
contact me. Your help is very important to our community.

Thank you all for volunteering. Here is how we meet on Saturday.

1) Huang Yanmei and Ding Lai will be doing job F and G. They will
   go there earlier around 4:35. Please meet each other at the east
   gate facing post office and east stadium parking lot. I will also 
   be there so that you two will be properly introduced to the people
   in the Athletics department.

2) For rest of us, we shall meet at the same place around 5:20pm.
   The east stadium gate facing post office and east stadium parking lot.

   2.1) Some people prefer to do job E and prefer to arrive later,
	you can be there at 5:50pm and look for Ding Lai at the barbecue
	tent. He will tell you where to go or where to find me.

   2.2) For new students living at the graduate apartments, if you
	happen to be on campus, please go to the stadium directly.
	If you will be at the graduate apartments, please meet
	at the lobby around 5:00pm, we will go there and pick you
	up.

We need about 5 minutes to explain each job description and we
need to divide people into different job assignments. So I want you
to be punctuate. Oh, if somebody asks, please identify yourself as
student workers.
