China Children's Film Academy (from Beijing) and Asian Pacific American Heritage Association (from Houston) will hold the first Chinese Children's Film Festival in Houston as one of the activities in Asian Heritage month on May 29th, and May 30th. This event is sponsored by Pacific Rainbow Corporation. The purpose of the film festival is to promote muticulture recognation as well as to raise fund for Chinese Culture and Language schools. China Children's Film Academy is going to send a three-people delegation to participate this festival, include the president of the film academy, the director of the film "letter from heaven" and a children's literature writer.
