Graduate Program: Industrial/Organizational Psychology
The Industrial and Organizational (I/O) research interest group studies human behavior in organizational and work situations. Research problems in this area involve issues such as affective experiences at work, knowledge acquisition, job performance, person perception and evaluation, workforce diversity, leadership, group and organizational dynamics, and procedures for recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, and retaining employees. Students are trained in preparation for careers in both academic and applied settings.
