1. Open My Computer
2. Open
the Control Panel folder
3. Open the Regional
and Language Options application (if your setting
is Category View, you will need to first open the Date, Time, Regional
and Language Options application)
4. Select the Languages tab at the top
5. Click Details
6. Make sure the Input
Language is English
7. Under Installed
Services, click Add
