Installing the Russian(Phonetic) Keyboard on a personal Windows 2000 or Windows XP computer

1-7. Follow the directions for Steps 1-7 for Installing International Keyboards for 2000 or XP.

8. Make sure the Input Language is Russian
9. Check Keyboard Layout / IME box (if not checked) and select Russian
10. Click OK until the dialog boxes disappear
