Consultant, Organization + Performance Group, International, L.L.C. September 2003-Present.
Work with group of external organizational consultants on variety of projects such as training needs assessment, development of mentoring program, formulation of strategic development plans. Also provide both qualitative and quantitative reviews of relevant research and practice pertaining to consulting projects as well as statistical support.

     
  Assessor, PCER Project with Research Triangle Institute. August 2002-Present.
Involved in the national collection of data evaluating education and curriculum. Administer standardized tests, liaison with administration, communicate with a variety of education officials, and maintain the integrity of examinations.
   
  Statistical Consultant, NSF Grant for Multimedia Intervention Training for Psychiatric Nurses, SMILEX, Inc. February 2002-January 2003.
Assisted in the development and design of applied research projects focused on improving the training of psychiatric nurses in Houston area. Provided data management, statistical analysis, and interpretation of research. Completed technical reports of findings and assisted with grant writing.
     
  Statistical Analyst, KISMETT Grant, Houston Independent School District. November 2001-September 2002.
Designed and implemented training evaluation tools to assess training of middle school music teachers in new teaching methodology. Analyzed and interpreted results. Produced and submitted written report of findings.

Trained to perform a detailed structured interview for large oil firm client. Worked with project leaders in selecting and evaluating candidates.

Worked with staff to develop, maintain, and update the services provided in the office. Created a Microsoft Access database of clients, revised various manuals, and constructed flyers and leaflets.
