Minutes for November GSA Meeting

1. The meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m.

2. Louma Ghandour from Career Services reported on the success of the Graduate Student 
   and Postdoctoral Student Career Fair.  Twenty-two employers participated in the event, 
   and seventy-five students presented posters.

3. Angela Sims of the Black Student Coalition requested $500.00 for publicity for The Dialogue
   on Diversity Student Lecture Series.  The request passed unanimously.

4. Erin Foley requested $700.00 to subsidize the initial cost of printing intramural t-shirts,
   $200-$300 of which is to be recouped by charging a nominal fee for the shirts.  The request passed unanimously.

5. Erin Foley announced the need for a new Recreation Centre Advisory Committee Member.

6. The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
