I am a graduate student of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University. I received my B.Sc degree from Electrical Engineering Department of Sharif University of Technology in 2005. I am a member of Rice Network Group (RNG) and am working under supervision of Professor Edward Knightly. I defended my M.Sc on September 2007.
My research interests are in the areas of protocol design and performance evaluation of wireless networks. For my qualification exam and masters degree, I have been working on channel assignment and channel selection strategies in single radio wireless mesh networks. My current research is on implementation of medium access protocols on the TAPs/WARP platform.
