Spring 2003 The class continued to encourage adoption of the policy proposed in the previous year and also suggested that the University create an environmental standing committee to help enforce the policy. Spring 2004 The class divided into nine groups, which worked on a variety of projects: performing a campus attitude audit, working with the SA Committee and College Environmental Committees, reducing solid waste in the academic departments, investigating transportation on and off campus, developing a composting program using the Earth Tub, performing an audit of recycling on campus, conducting an audit of food waste in the serveries, creating a database of people who have met with the class, and performing an audit of campus energy use. The groups' final reports can be found on the course website. |
